Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Applaura's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Applaura provides product consultancy services including but not limited to:

• Product and UX design
• AI and system design
• Hardware and PCB design
• Branding and marketing support
• Software development and implementation

The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work between Applaura and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality obligations

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Applaura retains ownership of:

• Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• General knowledge and skills developed during the engagement
• The right to showcase work in portfolios (with client approval)

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including rates, schedules, and methods, will be specified in the project agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, and any information marked as confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

Applaura's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
